Terms & Conditions


Our pricing is very competitively discounted and due to the aggressive nature of these discounts, prices may be adjusted subject to manufacturer price changes. Orders will be invoiced at a price effective at the time of shipment.

Payment Terms

We accept authorized purchase orders from state and local government agencies with terms Net 30 days. Commercial institutions and other organizations must pre–pay their first order. With approval, credit will be extended to these customers.

Damages and Shortages

Please report any damages or shortages within ten (10) days after receipt of order. Before notifying us of a shortage, please check all cartons of your order carefully against our delivery ticket as we may have packed items in several different cartons.


Merchandise may be returned with prior approval. Depending on the circumstances, there may be a restocking charge to cover freight and handling. If requesting a return, please contact customer service, specify our invoice number or your purchase order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Small Orders

In order to offer our customers the absolute best pricing on all items, we must set a minimum order size. All orders under $129.99 do not qualify for a Brame Truck delivery and only available shipping methods will be FedEx and/or LTL. Any orders between $130.00-$199.99 that require delivery on a Brame Truck will have a $15.00 small order handling charge added to the final invoice.

Fuel Surcharge

We strive to deliver all orders in our service area in a timely manner on company owned trucks by highly trained Brame employees. In order to achieve this, we must add a $8.50 fuel surcharge on all Brame Truck orders.
