Terms & Conditions


Our pricing is very competitively discounted and due to the aggressive nature of these discounts, prices may be adjusted subject to manufacturer price changes. Orders will be invoiced at a price effective at the time of shipment.

Payment Terms

We accept authorized purchase orders from state and local government agencies with terms based on your credit application. Commercial institutions and other organizations must pre–pay their first order. With approval, credit will be extended to these customers.

Damages and Shortages

Please report any damages or shortages within three (3) days after receipt of order. Before notifying us of a shortage, please check all cartons of your order carefully against our delivery ticket as we may have packed items in several different cartons.

Return Policy

A return authorization number is required for all returns. To request a return, call customer service at 1-800-672-0011 Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Please have the Brame invoice number or your company’s purchase order number containing the item(s) you’re requesting to return available to reference when you call.

Brame will accept returns on most new merchandise in its original packaging, purchased in the last 90 days, although there are some exceptions. Items returned must be in original packaging and in good re-sellable condition. Items purchased in error will incur a 20% restock fee that will be deducted from the credit.

Exceptions include:

  • Floor equipment: please see floor equipment return and cancellation policy below.
  • Items with an expiration date are subject to pre-approval. No returns will be accepted on products within 6 months of expiration date.
  • Items identified as special order items require approval. These items are subject to additional return freight charges and re-stocking fees. Special order items may be non-returnable in certain situations.
  • Items identified as non-returnable will not be approved for return.
  • Furniture items are non-returnable, except in the case of damage or manufacturer defect. All furniture products are considered special order unless stated otherwise on the quote. In the event of damage or potential defect, request for return of furniture items must be done within 14 days of received date. Furniture items purchased in error are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy. When the manufacturer does permit a return, the RA will carry a 30% restock fee in addition to the cost of return freight charges.

  • Please note: Special order items, including furniture items, are subject to cancellation fees.

    Floor Equipment Return & Cancelation Policy:

    Factory direct & new equipment: Unused, new equipment, still in the original box, shipped direct from the manufacturer or Brame, can be returned within 1 week of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Open and used equipment are not subject to return.

    All cancelled orders and returned new equipment are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping costs.

    Small Orders

    In order to offer our customers the absolute best pricing on all items, we must set a minimum order size. All orders under $129.99 do not qualify for a Brame Truck delivery and only available shipping methods will be FedEx and/or LTL. Any orders between $130.00-$199.99 that require delivery on a Brame Truck will have a $15.00 small order handling charge added to the final invoice.

    Fuel Surcharge

    We strive to deliver all orders in our service area in a timely manner on company owned trucks by highly trained Brame employees. In order to achieve this, we must add a $7 fuel surcharge on all Brame Truck orders.
